Ingredients:
Radish - 1 (200g)
Garam Masala 1/4 tsp
Chilli powder 2 pinches
Ajwain - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tblspn
Onion Medium 2
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Curd 1.5 cups
Salt
Method:
Finely grate the radish and keep aside
Heat oil in kadai, add ajwain, chili powder, garam masala one after the other and ensure it does not get burnt.
Add radish, salt and allow it cook till the moisture is absorbed
Allow it to cool
To the cooled mixture, add finely chopped onion, curd, chat masala, salt and mix well.
Goes well with methi chapathi or any mild pulao.
